The story behind Decoding Genius
The book grew out of Dan's experience playing chess with his son Harry. He witnessed firsthand how chess became the arena that finally fit for a child who thinks differently.
Fascinated by the connection between chess and genius, Dan explored the historical and psychological foundations of why chess is seen as a litmus test for brilliance.
Through Decoding Genius, Dan shares lessons on focus, confidence, resilience, creativity, and decision-making that extend far beyond the chessboard.
